
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pack of Marina Del Ray butterfly shrimp 1 butter stick
- 1 tsp of chilli flakes
- 1 filet of anchovy
- 1 lemon zest
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp of grated garlic
- 2 sprigs of parsley
- 1/4 cup of Panko
- 1 lemon cut in wedges
PREPARATION:
- In a food processor, combine the butter, chilli flakes, anchovy, lemon zest, oregano, garlic, parsley, and mix until combined
- Place the shrimps on a baking sheet and spread the butter mixture on each one of them and top off with the Panko
- Bake at 400F for 8-12 minutes
- Drizzle some lemon juice, chopped parsley and serve !
