
You’ve seen them with tuna, you’ve seen them with salmon – but have you ever tried a shrimp poke bowl? You’re about to.
INSTRUCTIONS:

Cook rice and drain

In a large skillet, throw in shrimp, sesame oil, sesame seeds and a squeeze of 1/2 lemon. Cook for about 5 minutes until pink.

Place rice in a bowl, followed by assorted toppings (cucumber, carrot, avocado, mango) and then shrimp. Add salt and pepper for taste. Top with sesame seeds

1 Cup of Short-Grain Sushi Rice

1 Cucumber, chopped

1/2 Avocado, sliced
