
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pack of Marina Del Ray crab meat
- 40 grams of butter
- 40 grams of flour
- 1 pinch of old bay seasoning
- 100 grams of chopped leek
- 1 small potatoes cut in cubes
- ½ carrot cut in cubes
- 100 g of canned corn
- 3 cups of milk
- 1 cup of heavy creamy
- 200 ml of clam juice
- lime zest
- salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION:
- In a pot Melt the butter on medium heat and add the Oldbay, the leak and cook for 5 min ,
- Clean the crab legs and put the meat aside
- Add the potatoes and the carrots to the pot and cook another 5 min
- Season with salt and pepper
- Add the flour and cook for another minute , add the clam juice the corn , the milk and cream and cook for 10-15 min until the potatoes are soft
- Serve in a bowl and top with the crab meat and the lime zest and a touch of olive oil
