Hawaiian Shrimp Poke Bowl

You’ve seen them with tuna, you’ve seen them with salmon – but have you ever tried a shrimp poke bowl? You’re about to.


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cook rice and drain

  2. In a large skillet, throw in shrimp, sesame oil, sesame seeds and a squeeze of 1/2 lemon. Cook for about 5 minutes until pink.

  3. Place rice in a bowl, followed by assorted toppings (cucumber, carrot, avocado, mango) and then shrimp. Add salt and pepper for taste. Top with sesame seeds


Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 7 Marina Del Rey Wild Caught Argentinean Shrimp

  • 1/2 Lemon

  • 1 TSBP Sesame Oil

  • 1 TSP Sesame Seed

  • 1 Cup of Short-Grain Sushi Rice

  • 1 Cucumber, chopped

  • 1 Carrot, shredded

  • 1/2 Avocado, sliced

  • 1 Mango, diced

  • Salt & Pepper to taste
