
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack of spaghetti
- 1 pack of cooked calamari MARINA DEL REY
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp of hot peppers in oil
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 French shallot chopped
- ½ cup of chopped cherry tomatoes
- ¼ cup red wine
- 1 can tomatoes coulis (480 g)
- Fresh parsley
PREPARATION
- In a pan add the olive oil , the garlic , the chili , and the shallot and cook on low heat for 4 min
- Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 3 min
- Cook the spaghetti following the instructions on the package
- Deglaze the pan with the red wine and reduce , add 100 ml of pasta water and the can of tomatoes cover and cook for 10 min
- And the calamari and the spaghetti finish with some fresh parsley
