Here’s what you’ll need:

Fettucine (or Penne)

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 tablespoon of butter

15 shrimp
-
1 tablespoon of cajun spice

2 tablespoons of flour
-
1 cup of vegetable broth
-
1 cup of heavy cream
-
1/2 cup parmesan, grated
INSTRUCTIONS:

Cook pasta until soft but slightly hard still

Clean shrimp and season with 1 tablespoon of cajun spice. Drizzle flour over shrimp and toss in a bowl to ensure each side is covered with flour.

Add butter and olive oil to deep skillet on high heat. Add shrimp and cook until crisp (approximately 2 minutes). Remove and set aside.

Add broth and heavy cream to skillet. Season with cajun spice. Cook until sauce thickens from heavy cream and parmesan cheese – whisk.

Add pasta and shrimp to sauce. Toss and serve!
